Transformation through
Yoga Nidra
The ancient practice of Yoga Nidra is a form of meditation based on both the ancient tantric yogic model of the Koshas (the 5 subtle bodies) and modern neuroscience. Take a deep dive into learning this unique combination of deep relaxation and alert awareness. Yoga Nidra is an experience that rejuvenates and renews both the physical body and the mind. It is a quiet practice of constructive rest that brings forth healing and transformation- the much needed global antidote in a world that values "busy."
Yoga Nidra means the Yogi’s sleep. It is a state of relaxed consciousness, which is the result of a guided sequential journey inward to stillness. This deeply healing practice offers an opportunity to release long held perceptions and beliefs that we as humans rely on to make sense of our world.
We are all conditioned in the way we experience our reality by memories and narratives of the past. Within the deep state of Yoga Nidra, we can learn to re-pattern and regulate the nervous system and release and heal subconscious issues related to health, work, stress and relationships resulting in a more conscious and powerful existence.
I welcome you to join the tribe of teachers changing the world's relationship with how we process the power of quiet through this gift of constructive Radical Rest.

Hello there, I’m Sheila
It is my passion and honour to teach the Power of Quiet and the magic of intentional living through the creation and practice of my Seven Seeds Yoga Nidra program. In a world of constant and often chaotic change it is a "coming home".
I grew up in a big loud family- smack in the middle of 8 kids. It took some very creative maneuvering to find peace and quiet. These skills have served me well through the years and I love sharing the personal tools I have cultivated through teaching and educating trainers in the practices of Yoga Nidra, somatic exploration, breath work and presence.
There is a joy in teaching people how to listen for the kind voice of their heart and the true home of their deepest uniqueness. Through committed intention, guided journeys and deeply restorative rest, your students will benefit profoundly. This is a practice of listening...
"listening is the loudest form of kindness"

FAQ's
When will the monthly LIVE Zoom meetings be held?
Monthly webinars will alternate between Tuesday evenings 7- 8:30p EST and Saturday 12-1:30 EST via ZOOM. The subject matter will be general concepts and deeper dives based on your questions. These concepts are already covered in the course- the live Zooms give you an opportunity to connect with me and other participants LIVE. I often add an extra Q and A with an opportunity for you to teach each other in break-out rooms. You will be sent a schedule with your welcome letter once you sign up.
What is the time commitment for this course?
This is a self directed course. You will have plenty of time to finish in the suggested 12 month deadline. I do offer additional resources should you be interested in a deep dive but these are not required reading. If you are like me- interested in geeking out on certain concepts then it might possibly expand your timeline. Most people will finish in 6-12 months.
What if I don't finish in the 12 month timeline?
I understand that people have mitigating circumstances but 12 months is a very generous amount of time for this course. Before signing up, do some self -reflection as to the importance of committing to growth through this program. One of the great and unique qualities and gifts of Yoga Nidra is that we are practicing intentional living . After the 12 month timeline, should you still want to be certified, there will be a re-up fee of $100.
What if I choose to cancel my enrollment?
You have full access to the material -including the training manual once you pay for the course. Because of this there is a "No Cancellation" policy.
Please consider carefully before signing up.
